Bruce Thierry Cheung is a director, cinematographer, and writer based in Los Angeles.
His debut feature Don't Come Back from the Moon received the Special Jury Prize for Directing at the Los Angeles Film Festival and was selected as a New York Times Critics' Pick. His animated documentary Summers of Madness is in development with support from the Ford Foundation.
His narrative work as a cinematographer includes Modern Love Tokyo (Amazon), This Close (Sundance), and Drifter (dir. Sung Kang). Commercial clients include Gucci, Samsung, Starbucks, Lexus, and Volkswagen.
His fiction has appeared in Sextet, 34 Orchard, and Stone's Throw.
